The Water, Air and Food Awards, WAFA, is a Copenhagen-based NGO dedicated to identifying initiatives that show practically what can be done to ensure everyone can have water and food security and clean air.
By offering an annual award, WAFA identifies and showcases initiatives already working to remediate the earth\’s environmental and social challenges. We aim to bring a message of inspiration and hope for people to engage
This year\’s prestigious Award Event will present fourteen finalists from the following categories
- Water
- Air
- Food
- Youth
The finalists have been chosen by an expert panel from over 100 applicants. Winners are chosen by public voting, which is open until one week before the Award Event on 7th December.
